MEET OUR ATTORNEYS
Robin McNabb
"My goal is to represent your interests in a fair and honest manner, helping you achieve your legal goals while minimizing stress and expenses. I will give you options and perhaps even recommend a particular course of action, but the decision is always yours."
Before embarking on a legal career, graduated with honors from East Tennessee University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. I started working at a local newspaper before graduating from ETSU, then moved to a full-time reporter position after graduation. As a journalist, I wrote about government activities, the local court system, sports, and special interest stories. My time as a reporter helped polish my interview skills, taught me how to obtain information in a non-adversarial manner, and gave me the opportunity to interact with citizens from many occupations and backgrounds. These skills have served me well as a lawyer.

My experiences attending court hearings and interacting with the local legal community prompted me to attend law school and pursue a career as an attorney. In 2006, I graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where I participated in a wide variety of activities, including law review, legal clinic, and special-interest clubs.
After becoming licensed to practice law in 2006, I served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Sharon Lee of the Tennessee Court of Appeals (who now serves on the Tennessee Supreme Court) and Judge Michael Swiney of the Tennessee Court of Appeals. During this time, I gained valuable insight into the decision-making process of judges from their neutral viewpoint, as well as how to advocate effectively in writing and in the courtroom on behalf of a client.

I joined private practice with the firm of Wise & Reeves, PC in 2008, and stayed there until opening my own practice in Farragut in July of 2021.

From 2016 to 2022, I served as Municipal Judge for the city of Lenoir City, Tennessee (southwest of Knoxville), where I presided over civil and misdemeanor criminal matters once per week. During my tenure as judge, I maintained my private practice and conducted court one day per week.

I am licensed to practice in all Tennessee Courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee. I am a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, Loudon County Bar Association, East Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women, Farragut/West Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, and Loudon County Chamber of Commerce.
